Country Sales Manager - Hospital

We are seeking a Country Sales Manager for a fantastic new opportunity with a European healthcare privider.

This Country Sales Manager will manage a team of 2 Sales Representatives and 4 Sales Supprt staff for all Sales Divisions in Ireland, including Critical Care, Cardiovascular and Surgical divisions.

As Country Sales Manager, you will play an integral role in the planning an implementation of programs involving the establishment and development of sales opportunities covering all company devices and equipment.

The ideal candidates will:

• Have a proven track record in Sales, specifically Hosptial Sales/ Medical Sales
• Have experience in Sales Management
• Experience with Capital Equipment Sales would be a distinct advantage
• Intensive Care/ Surgical Sales alongside some Consumables/ Disposables would also be an advantage
• Have an understanding of best practice Maintenance & Service provision
• Clinical knowledge or clinical background/ degree would also be a distinct advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

This position will be based at the Dublin HQ, but you will be required to spend a significant amount of your time in the field. You will also maintain close working relationships with Senior Management, Managers and staff.

You will report directly to the Managing Director.

Territory - Nationwide

Salary - €60K p/a
