Responsibilities

 

  • Working to Service Level Agreements, you will support end users of CAD software applications and project management tools within the Engineering sector
  • Responding to issues and requests from end users by phone and email in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle all escalations, liaising with Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleagues
  • Demonstrate and promote superior customer service in handling enquiries
  • Analyse customer problems and formulate plans of resolution
  • Work as part of a multilingual team, building relationships with users and internal departments
  • Providing weekly reports and details on activity related to user resolution
  • Complete all administration relevant to your role, through ticketing system

 

 

Skills Required

 

 

  • Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or engineering relevant discipline.
  • 2 years previous work experience in engineering, support or application  role preferred
  • Experience with Electrical Control System Design Tools.
  • A level of Technical knowledge in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent relationship building skills, this is a customer facing role and therefore
  • A strong communicator, both written and spoken
  • Ability to adhere to Service Level Agreements
  • Able to work against challenging performance metrics
  • Analytical and logical thinker, with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Previous technical support experience would give you an advantage
  • Team player, able to work in a multilingual and international environment
  • Fluency in English and another European language essential
