Responsible for all aspects of compliance within the Bank including but not limited to anti money laundering legislation, data protection and all other relevant legislation and statutory codes of conduct. Ensure effective compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for co-ordinations of all board papers and action lists. Responsible for reviewing, developing and implementing existing and new compliance policies and procedures. Assist with Company Secretarial work including compliance with relevant companies legislation, attending and minuting of board meetings, making annual company returns and maintaining statutory records for all Irish entities.

Salary €45,000 to €60,000
