Job Description:
Project Manager - Transfer Agency Business Implementations
Due to significant growth in existing and new business, our Client renowned and Global FS organisation currently wish to hire a Project Manager is required for on-boarding new business on behalf of one of our key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- As an active part of the Project team, you will be responsible for full project lifecycle.
- Delivery all products into the Transfer Agency business throughout the project lifecycle.
- From initiation, through approval, design, delivery, implementation and sign-off, complying with internal project methodologies and audit guidelines
- Work with relevant stakeholders to identify solutions to client and business requirements.
- Engage with Operations to ensure full understanding and tools manage the new business when moved from implementation to business as usual.

Candidate Experience:
- Previous BA/ Project Management experience ideally in a Transfer Agency
- Fund Accounting experience an advantage
- Understanding of project management methodologies

Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation, skills and experience operating within a high pressure environment.
- Problem solving ability and good business judgment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence internal operational staff at all levels and project counterparts
- Highly PC literate (e.g. Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
