Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative
Immediate opportunity for a Nordic speaking Customer Service Representative with experience in helpdesk / technical support is required to work with a multinational client based in Dublin, Ireland. A successful candidate will have worked within a support / helpdesk role for at least 12 months.
As part of the Support team, your role is to provide technical support for existing customers.
Some of Your Tasks:
- Receives customer requests by telephone or e-mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person
- Responding to customer requests via telephone or e-mail
- Resolves customer questions / queries
- Logging all issues / queries into the computer database
Key skills and experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a helpdesk / technical support role.
- Nordic language is essential (Swedish or Danish or Norwegian)
- Third Level Degree (Not essential, but always a benefit)
- Familiarity and experience using Oracle or SAP, or Nav Vision (benefit)
- Strong written and oral communications skills in English language as well
