Job Profile
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious company selling products to local Kerry businesses and public sector operations. You will be responsible for growing business within over 100 existing accounts as well as developing new business within key customers across the following sectors: hotels, schools, bars and restaurants, crèches, nursing homes, offices and local industry.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management of existing client base, meeting targets for growing revenue within existing customers
Business Development within Clare region, selling products to brand new accounts and gaining repeat orders
Networking in the local business community, attending networking events and building relationships with referral partners
Reporting and tracking sales, completing all relevant paperwork and administration
Providing the highest levels of customer service to existing and new customers
Promotion of new product ranges, special offers and high quality product range to new and existing customers
Liasing with head office based in Shannon, working closely with other sales reps and management
Occasional travel to the UK required to upskill and learn new product ranges
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Sales Experience is essential, full training on all products will be given
The ideal candidate will have an existing contact base in County Clare
Excellent Communication Skills
Drive and Ambition – a self-motivated person with ability to meet and exceed targets
Confident & Out-Going Personality essential
Team Player and able to work on own initiative
Highly customer service focused, willing to go the extra mile
Organised and able to manage own workload
Ability to meet deadlines
Clean Driving Licence essential - ideally own transport but not essential
IT Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Databases, PowerPoint
No 9-5 mentality
Fluency in English is essential
