Immediate opportunity for an IT Support Analyst with experience in the IT helpdesk/technical support role is required to work with a multinational client based in Dublin. A successful candidate will have worked within a technical support/helpdesk role for at least 12 months and have some knowledge of programming languages and web based applications.
As part of the Information Technology team, your role is to provide 1st level technical support for the exciting clients, and as a part of the company’s development and training program, time will also be spent in testing & QA.
Key skills and experience:
- 1 – 2 years experience in a client facing technical support role.
- 3rd level IT Degree
- Strong technical skills: Web development experience is beneficial and
- knowledge of some programming languages.
- Strong written and oral communications skills in English language
