Responsibilities

 

Working to Service Level Agreements, you will support end users of CAD software applications and project management tools within the Engineering sector

Responding to issues and requests from end users by phone and email in a timely and accurate manner

 

Handle all escalations, liaising with Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleagues

 

 

Demonstrate and promote superior customer service in handling enquiries

 

Analyse customer problems and formulate plans of resolution

 

Work as part of a multilingual team, building relationships with users and internal departments

 

Providing weekly reports and details on activity related to user resolution

 

Complete all administration relevant to your role, through ticketing system

 

 

 

 

Skills Required

 

 

 

 

Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or engineering relevant discipline.

 

2 years previous work experience in engineering, support or application  role preferred

 

Experience with CAD, modeling or rendering software required

 

A high level of Technical knowledge in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
