We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a leading hotel in Dublin.
Key Requirements:
* Knowledge of restaurant, bar and banquets operational procedures
* Understanding of Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, Room Service and Banquet department procedures
* Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements and food handling safety standards
* Effective decision making skills
* Effective problem-solving skills
* Financial management skills e.g., ability to understand P&L statements, manage operating budgets, forecasting and scheduling
* Strong customer and associate relation skills
* Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they relate to restaurant outlets
* Ability to effectively manage labour productivity and teams
* Hospitality Management Degree beneficial
