Graduate ICT Sales Executive

Gemini Technology is looking to hire a recent graduate who is looking to develop a successful career in ICT.

Gemini Technology provides the full suite of networked IT services and is looking to develop new business in the SME and corporate markets across various industry verticals across the Dublin area selling various ICT services and solutions

The successful applicant will shadow the Managing Director for a number of months to learn the ropes. This is an excellent opportunity for you to see how a successful sales person does it first hand.

Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to generate new ICT business with new targeted customers in the Dublin area generating account revenue to achieve set targets and objectives.

Principle Responsibilities include:
- To develop sales plans
- To achieve targets for revenue and profit
- To provide customers with competitive customised solutions
- To influence or take part in the development of the ICT sales strategy
- To act as an interface in the provision of IT products and services to customers
- To propose solutions to meet the current and future needs of the customer
- To provide regular feedback on business that is won and to provide regular sales reports.
 

Qualifications

Essential qualifications for this role are:

Essential Criteria
- Previous track record in sales in summer or part time jobs

- Ability to negotiate and deal with senior level executives within customer organisations
- Good technical understanding of ICT concepts ideally, however there is a supporting team of technical specialists to rely on.
- Team worker with business and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self starter with drive and initiative
- Educated to degree level in the ICT or business areas

Pay, Benefits

Base Salary of 24,000, plus uncapped bonus. Benefits package including, laptop, mobile, etc.
