Compensation & Benefits Specialist with a background in pensions
Our client a large Irish employer who operate within the financial services sector are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to work within the HR division and support the Senior Reward Ops Manager.
This is a maternity leave contract likely to last for 9-12 months – immediate start. The role may be worked on a part basis (flexible hours)
The main focus of this role will be to support the reward management with the implementation of benefits such as Pensions, Share Schemes, and Incentive Schemes and to provide advice across the business in these areas.
A sample of your responsibilities will include
- Coordination of the company’s pension scheme to include renewals, administrations pension audits, ensuring monthly contributions are paid.
- Provide an advisory service to company employees in relation to Pensions, Share Schemes, Bonuses, Pay
- Attend and co-ordinate trustee meetings
- Ensure company compliance with local tax and legal regulations
- Maintain knowledge of current reward practices and market trends
Key Skills & Experience
- Indepth knowledge of pension administration and legislation experience
- Experience with job evaluation techniques
- Knowledge of the financial services sector & remuneration practices
- Strong PC skills – particularly excel

Remuneration
The role offers a salary in the region of45K(pro rata)
