Bilingual IT Helpdesk Agent is sought to work with a leading multinational company with offices based in South Dublin.This is an excellent opportunity with full, ongoing training and development for technology graduates with previous experience within IT helpdesk/customer facing environment.As a Helpdesk Agent you will be responsible for providing quality telephone & email support to corporate customers based in Ireland & France, timely resolve technical issues, provide training to the customers and set up merchant details using internal system.Experience:•A 3rd level qualification within an IT discipline•2 years’ experience in a technical support role, including a track record in a client-facing position•Fluent English & French•General knowledge of internet technologies and security issues is an advantage•Customer focussedThe role offers a salary in the region of 25K - 28K which is negotiable depending on experience.
