Norwegian IT Support Agent

We are currently seeking a Norwegian IT support Agent with previous customer service experience to work within the operations team with our client based in Cork.This is a permanent role and the company offers excellent career progression opportunities.

As an IT Support Agent you will act as a first point of contact for the customers in relation to their IT queries and issues; identify, troubleshoot & solve IT problems the customers may have, escalate unsolved IT issues to the support leads and continuously attend departmental training activities.

Fluent English & Norwegian, 3rd level degree, together with strong customer service mind set is required.Previous experience within IT is beneficial but not necessary.
