Senior Transfer Agent - Shift Work

Leading Financial Services institution requires a Transfer Agent to join their team for the evening shift.
As part of the TA Team, the overall objective of your role will be to provide excellent service to key clients. This will be an important client onboarding project.

The Role:

• Displaying knowledge of regulatory requirements with reference to Funds
• Preparation and distribution of reports of client reports in accordance to SLA
• Review and handle all client queries received by email or phone in an efficient and timely manner,
• Be a positive brand ambassador, offering excellent customer care/ advice to all clients
• An active part of team, engaging with fellow members, direct manager and other operational departments as necessary.
• Work in accordance to internal and regulatory standards
• Assist with more junior team members as necessary.
• Review of operational procedures, making further process recommendations to improve client service.
• This role will provide excellent TA exposure to the candidate & will help in progress with career development

Experience Required:

• Min 4 years Transfer Agency experience, ideally in Investor services.
• Good problem solving skills
• Competent PC skills
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

• Good planning and organisation skills

Salary: The basic salary will reflect the candidate’s level of experience & a 25% bonus

This is a contract with a view to Permanency.
