Internal Audit Manager

Internal Audit Manger is sought to join our global clients Finance Centre in Dublin.

This role is integral to the auditing process across the EMEA.

The Role:

• Work closely with the senior management team across various business untis to understand potential business risks.
• Responsible for reviewing the company’s internal process and procedures within the audit function.
• Full accountability for leading audits stages from planning, completing and reporting
• Development and implementation of audit strategy to test operation control.
• Identify operational issues, seek out the root cause and resolve as necessary.
• Reporting and presenting to senior management team on process, recommendations and issues as necessary.
• Assist in due diligence reviews
• Complete and update risk assessments for audit function
• Evaluate application controls within key business process reviews
• Coach, mentor and supervise audit staff as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4 years experience in an Audit role
• Strong regulatory knowledge & will have experience gained in process orientated organisation.
• Good PC and Audit software experience
• Certification as a CIA, CISA or equivalent is required.

Salary: c€80,000 & excellent benefits.
