German/Swedish or Italian Customer Relationship Manager/Support Account Manager
Our client is a major software as a service provider with a global presence, they are currently recruiting for a German/Swedish or Italian Customer Relationship Manager who will be responsible for implementation and deployment of our clients products/services. You must have the ability to develop customer relationships and manage assigned accounts, respond to customer requests for additional service to result in continued revenue generation and high levels of customer satisfaction, perform on going management and retention activities using predetermined criteria (includes reporting and analysis on utilization and risk evaluation). Maintain effective communication with clients, sales executives and other sales support team members. Maintain an understanding of customer requirements and ensure prompt issue resolution striving for maximum customer satisfaction, you must apply basic understanding of internal tools for documentation and reporting requirements. Run standard reports with minimal guidance. Review, assess and act on daily account communication regarding status of all activity. The ideal Candidate will be the primary client contact for all account support/nontechnical or escalated support needs. You must be able to manage basic/standard implementations and other projects related to account growth and retention. Meet and/or exceed quarterly objectives: Retain existing customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Language requirements: Required: German or Swedish or Italian (Speaking and Writing) as well as fluent in English;
Typically requires 3-5 years of customer account management and/or service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present business concepts and communicate to all levels of an organisation.
Performs day to day work with minimal supervision, new and/or complex assignments with more detailed direction.
Proficient with Microsoft office products.
Other Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities/important duties performed occasionally or in addition to the essential duties of the position.)
Participation in projects/initiatives to better the customer experience, internal process, etc. may be required.
