You will deal with customers across France, providing the highest levels of customer service by phone and email. (This purely a customer support position - no sales involved.)
Responsibilities
Providing telephone and email support to customers, you will have a passion for providing the highest levels of client service
Responding to customer contacts in a timely and accurate manner in line with company service levels
Working to team and individual goals for response times, resolution of problems and call volumes always aiming for the highest standard of Customer Service
Interacting with other departments to solve issues
Dealing with complaints in relation to incorrect or late orders, damaged goods
Reporting to your Team Manager you will strive to meet your objectives
Requirements
Previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience preferred (4 weeks of training provided)
Adaptable and flexible approach
Ability to work on own your own initiative
Mature outlook and effective problem solving skills
Team Player with the ability to learn fast
Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases
Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner
Customer Focused approach and excellent inter-personal skills
Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
