Job Profile

An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and international company in the tourism sector.  You will provide knowledgeable, courteous service to inbound callers with a focus on customer loyalty and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include generating sales, processing new reservations, reschedules, cancellations, payments and providing general support to Dutch speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide the highest levels of customer service when dealing with new reservations, reschedules, and cancellations for inbound callers in a prompt and courteous manner

Generate sales and book reservations

Provide general guest service as requested by the customer.

Effectively deal with complaints and escalate when required

Manage time effectively and organise work according to needs of team

Work within service level agreements and response times as per company standards

Employ an empathetic, listening, problem solving approach, and be resourceful in meeting customers needs

Be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, maintaining an attitude and commitment to provide excellent service to all customers

Work with computer systems to ensure all communication with customers is documented correctly

Work with all colleagues as a team meeting objectives set

Requirements

Fluency in German and English

Excellent customer service skills

Previous sales experience an advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high quality service.

Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills

A team player with a positive attitude

Willing to work shifts
